Yes, Panda offers a 100% money back guarantee, or a swap out any defect product. Our premium quality toner cartridges and inkjets have less than a 1% defect rate on annual volumes over 3.3 million units.
Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. If the Panda Ink or original branded packaging has been damaged, opened or any seals are broken we are not able to accept the product for an exchange.
Faulty or damaged products may be exchanged within 365 days of the original purchase date. In order to return an ink or toner cartridge to receive a replacement, the cartridge must be at least 50% full.

Handling fee will be applicable for original delivery.
Please contact us on email@example.com should you require a replacement for any toner. You can order a new toner and we will credit your account once returned toner has been investigated.
Customers returning items can only be refunded by EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made by us within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.
If you have ordered the wrong toner, or if you have purchased a new printer and the cartridge you previously bought does not go with your new printer, you can exchange the product as long as the Panda Ink or original packaging has not been damaged, opened or any seals are broken and request for the exchange falls within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
